Join paella pros Jennifer Jasinski and Adam Branz to explore (and taste) the secrets to a great paella from techniques to ingredients to the Spanish culture associated with this classic dish. While guests sip a complimentary glass of sangria or vermouth, chefs Adam and Jen will be demonstrating a traditional paella and classic tapas.
