Our team comes equipped with authentic paella pans in multiple sizes to fit your needs along with all the best meats, saffron-scented stocks, freshest seafood, Bilbao chorizo and specialty arroz de Calasparra from Spain’s Murcia region. We use giant specialized paella pans and a gas-fired burner from Spain to create the proper surface and heat necessary to crisp the rice into the prized soccorat that paella aficionados demand.Let Ultreia do as much of the work as you would like from rentals to cooking to clean up.
